1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

- The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for refunds.
2. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds on:

- Used or opened pet products (for health and safety reasons).
- Digital/downloadable products, gift cards, or promotional items.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
3. Refund Process
- Submit a Request: Contact us at customerservice@sonnyridge.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Ship the Item:Â If approved, you will receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
