1. Processing & Shipping Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Shipping Time: Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:
    • Standard Shipping: 3 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 1 business days
    • International Shipping: 21 business days

2. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • We offer free shipping on orders over $10.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery progress.
  • If you do not receive tracking information within 5 days, please contact us at customerservice@sonnyridge.com.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to [list of countries/regions or "U.S. only".
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses (if applicable).
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes required by their country.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages

  • If your package is delayed due to the carrier, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, we are not responsible for shipping delays.
  • If your order is lost in transit, please reach out to us at customerservice@sonnyridge.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

6. Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will replace or refund the item based on the situation.
